December 4, 2006: Playdate with Steven
To kick off December we headed out the Pacific View Mall in Ventura to meet up with one of mommy's friends from college (she was a bridesmaid, too!) and her two sons, one of whom is just a month younger than us! Here we are in the play area "mingling."

Aside from our social outings, we also spent a lot of time on our physical development.

December 25, 2006: Our first Christmas!
Mommy and Daddy got us up and brought us down stairs. Here we are with Daddy in our cute Christmas jammies:
This was the view of our living room. Isn't the tree pretty? Great-grandma Fate made the angel on the top.
We opened our stockings first. They were almost as big as we were!
Here we are with all of our Christmas presents. We're so blessed and loved.
After all the excitement of opening gifts, we were ready for a well-deserved nap!
Our favorite part about Christmas was all of the snuggly naps.

December 28, 2006: The Reagan Library
Just after Christmas some of Daddy's extended family was in town. We decided to take them up the Reagan Library.
With Daddy in front of a statue of President Reagan, cowboy style!
With Daddy in front of a piece of the Berlin Wall
President Reagan's grave site
It reads: "I KNOW IN MY HEART THAT MAN IS GOOD
THAT WHAT IS RIGHT WILL ALWAYS EVENTUALLY TRIUMPH
AND THERE IS PURPOSE AND WORTH TO EACH AND EVERY LIFE"
Former President Gerald Ford had recently passed away. They had some pictures of him displayed as a memorial.
We also got to see Airforce 1, a helicopter, and the "Gipper's" car:
Last, but certainly not least, we saw the Christmas Trees of the World exhibit. It even had a train that ran around it. Planes, trains, automobiles, helicopters, cowboys... boy heaven!
